Support

Support package are available at hourly or annual rates and cover both HyperXtremeSQL and HSQLDB.

HyperSQL has improved immensely in the last few years. There are many extra capabilities and our support services will help you utilize them.

Extended support covers help with complex SQL queries, optimization for specific applications, accomplishing a given task, translation of SQL queries from different database engines, integration with third party application servers and middleware.

• SUP-002 - 2 hours extended support via email - can be used within 2 months of purchase: 400 Euros
• SUP-008 - 8 hours extended support via email - can be used within 6 month of purchase (): 1000 Euros
• SUP-020 - One year extended support contract covering one application and up to 20 hours support: 2000 Euros

Customization Services

In recent years, we have added custom features to HyperSQL and to HyperXtremeSQL at the request of our customers. We know the internals of HyperSQL better than anyone else and can fulfil our customers' requirements efficiently and economically.
